After seven years of growth built with a community of artists and fans, The British Country Music Festival has become SONG CITY and is moving to Manchester. Same heart, same values, new chapter. Totally independent, we continue to give songwriters from the UK and around the world a platform.

Set indoors beneath the soaring Victorian iron-and-glass arch of Manchester Central, SONG CITY celebrates country and Americana music, songwriting and storytelling. The festival brings artists and fans from the UK and around the world together in one of the country's most atmospheric heritage landmarks.

The venue has hosted legendary shows by Oasis, The Rolling Stones, Prince, Madonna, The Cure, Metallica, James, Morrissey, The Verve, New Order, Arctic Monkeys, Franz Ferdinand and Frankie Goes to Hollywood, and now it's set to become the home of UK country and Americana in Manchester, Music City.

With artists from across the globe, multiple stages and an intimate purpose-built theatre, the festival will feature immersive workshops and exclusive VIP experiences, all under one roof.
